Initial consultations at Perth Physio Collective are between 30 minutes and 1 hour, while follow-ups are between 15 and 30 minutes.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you can move in.
Telehealth appointments are available for some follow-up consultations, depending on the type of consultation and the patient’s requirements.
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please provide at least 24 hours notice to the Baby Steps reception team. No-shows or cancellations without sufficient notice will result in the full cost of the appointment being applied.

Perth Physio Collective is housed within Baby Steps Health Centre, where children have access to a variety of toys, books and activities to pass the time in the waiting room.
Yes, there is a lift to our level and accessible toilets available within.

There’s an option when booking your appointment to receive text reminders. If you’ve consented, we’ll send you an appointment reminder the day before your appointment.
Perth Physio Collective are open between 9am to 5pm from Monday – Saturday.
If you require urgent care outside these hours, call 000. If it’s not an urgent matter, call the Baby Steps reception team during business hours and they’ll happily assist you in booking the soonest appointment.
If you’re showing cold or flu symptoms on the day of your consultation, let the Baby Steps reception team know as soon as you can. Alternative arrangements can then be discussed.
Perth Physio Collective patrons have access to bathrooms, filtered water and healthy snacks, pram parking, fully stocked change tables and milk warmers in our breastfeeding nook.
While there are currently no government enforced COVID-19 restrictions, Perth Physio Collective and Baby Steps have established protocols.
We provide hand sanitiser upon entry to the centre, as well as in every consultation room. You are welcome to wear a mask if you choose and if you’d prefer that your physiotherapist wear a mask, just let the Baby Steps reception team know.
